  • Do you deliver to my location?
    We deliver to areas within a 5km radius. If your locality is missing, don’t worry! We are adding more areas to deliver every week and would love to serve you very soon!
  • What is the minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order value. However, for orders below Rs. 3000, we do charge a nominal delivery fee of Rs. 50. Get free deliveries for orders of more than Rs. 3000
  • Are there any hidden charges apart from product cost and taxes?
    We do have a delivery fee in case the order value does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery. Other than that, there are no additional charges added.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    We deliver your orders through our own delivery teams as well as through Dunzo. A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 50/- will be levied for order values that are below a fixed amount of Rs. 3000/-. The prices listed at the checkout phase are final and all-inclusive. There are no other charges.

    At the time of checkout, you’ve the flexibility to choose a convenient one from multiple delivery slots when you would prefer the delivery to be done.

  • How is my order processed?
    As soon as you place an order, the following actions take place:

      The order is routed to our expert team of pickers who pick and carefully pack the order as per your Pick-up or delivery schedule.

    • Throughout the above stages, our team continuously monitors the process so that you get the desired product within the time committed to you. In case the order or some items in the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, the same will be informed to you before your order is picked-up or dispatched from the store.

  • What are delivery slots?
    Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. At the time of checkout, you have the flexibility to choose a convenient one from multiple delivery slots.

Registration and account

  • How do I register?
    You can register and create a Thom’s Account by clicking on the “Login / Register” link at the top right corner of any page. Please fill in the simple Registration Form on the page that appears.
  • How can I login/register?
    Currently, you can login or register using the following modes:
    Using your Thom’s Account that you created with your email and password. We are working towards giving you more Login Option sych as through your Gmail and Social media accounts too!
  • Are there any charges for registration?
    No. Registration and is absolutely free.
  • How do I reset my password?
    You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password link will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

Payments/Refund related queries

  • How can I make payments at Thom’s?
    Thom’s accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking, PayTM and other wallets.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Can I reschedule my order?
    An order, once placed will need to be cancelled and placed again with the desired slot. However, we are hard at work and soon you will be able to reschedule orders by clicking on My order in your account if the order is not already en route.
  • What if I have any complaint regarding my order?
    You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Alternatively, you can email us or call our customer support centre and our customer care executives are always happy to help.
